Easy to share jobs

Shared a few jobs on Stride to my network a while back. It was pretty easy to do, just clicked a button and it was out there. Didn't get anyone hired this time, but the whole process felt smooth. No complaints really, will try again when I see another good fit.

Easy way to earn

Shared a job, friend got hired. Got paid 15,000 INR. Process was quick. Payout took a bit. Simple and effective.

Reliable for consistent income

This isn't my first time using Stride. I've been referring candidates for about a year now, mainly for IT roles. They're pretty consistent with their referral payout management. This latest one, a senior developer role, netted me a 40,000 INR bounty. It's comparable to my previous experiences; the process hasn't changed much, which is good for reliability. The interface for the employer hiring portal feels a bit dated compared to some other platforms, but it still gets the job done for me as a referrer. It's why I keep coming back.

Referral payout was slow

I referred a candidate for a management position and they were hired successfully. The referral analytics showed everything was confirmed, but the payout for the successful hire commission took almost three weeks to process. While I did eventually receive the 40,000 INR, the wait felt a bit long. The platform itself was good for finding relevant jobs and sharing them, and the candidate tracking worked well. Just wish the payment process was quicker.

Good for referrals, slow payouts

I used Stride to refer a candidate for a Tech Job. The platform itself was pretty easy to navigate for sharing the job and tracking the referral. The candidate did get hired, which was great. But the Referral Payout Management took longer than I expected, around 6 weeks to process the 40,000 INR. It eventually came through, but the wait was a bit frustrating, especially after the candidate started their new role so quickly. Overall, a useful tool but they could speed up the financial side of things.

Good platform, fair payouts

I used Stride to refer a candidate for a tech job last month. The job sharing tool was straightforward to use, I just copied the link and sent it to my network. The candidate tracking dashboard gave real-time updates, which was helpful. After my referral was hired, the successful hire commission of 35,000 INR was paid out within 10 days, which felt reasonable. The only hiccup was finding a specific job listing through their search function initially, but I eventually got the hang of it.

Smooth process, good payouts

I used Stride for a tech job referral last month. The job sharing tool was straightforward to use; I just picked a listing and it generated a shareable link. My candidate got hired, and I received the referral payout (around 25,000 INR for that role) within about 15 days of the hire, which felt reasonable. Customer support was quick to respond when I had a question about the payment status, they clarified the timeline. The only small issue was the candidate tracking dashboard could be a bit more detailed, but overall, it's a solid platform for earning rewards.

Good value for referrals

I was looking to make some extra cash and saw Stride. The idea of earning commission for successful hires caught my eye. I referred a friend for an engineering role and got a nice 30,000 INR payout. It was a successful hire bonus, which is a good chunk of change. Compared to just sharing jobs on LinkedIn for free, this felt much more worthwhile. The sign-up bonus wasn't huge, but the main reward for a placement makes it a decent earner. Just wish more high-paying jobs were available in my specific niche right now.

Is Stride actually legit for finding good jobs or is it mostly just entry-level stuff? Wondering if my network is even useful there.

M Mary Wilson 3 weeks ago
It's definitely legit. I've seen a ton of senior tech roles and management positions come through. It's not just basic jobs at all.

N Nancy Sanchez 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I've seen roles with pretty big payouts which usually means higher-level positions. Your network could definitely be valuable, especially if you're in tech or specific industries.

How long does it usually take for them to pay out after your referral gets hired? I don't want to wait forever.

H Hannah Johnson 4 weeks ago
From my experience, it can take a bit. They do have to verify everything. Afaik, it's not instant, but it's not like months either. Once the company confirms the hire, it goes into a processing queue.

N Nancy Sanchez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, not super quick, but you can track it in your dashboard, so you're not totally in the dark. It feels faster if you forget about it lol.

hey, was thinking of trying out Stride to earn some extra cash. How long does it usually take to actually get paid after a successful referral?

M Melissa R. 1 month ago
From my experience, once the company confirms the hire and the candidate starts, the payment usually processes in a few weeks. It's not instant, but it's pretty reliable.

B Brian 1 month ago
Yeah, it depends a bit on the hiring company's internal timelines too, but Stride themselves are usually quick once they get the green light. I'd say plan for 30-45 days after the candidate's start date just to be safe.

Hey guys, thinking of trying out Stride to refer some friends. Is it actually worth it, like do you really get those rewards they talk about?

S Sandra Moore 3 weeks ago
Yeah, totally. I got a payout for a successful hire last month, it was pretty sweet. Took a bit but it came through.

J Jeff Williams 3 weeks ago
It's legit. The amounts vary a lot depending on the role, but I've seen some good numbers. Just gotta make sure your candidate actually gets hired, obviously.

I'm looking at Stride vs. some of the others like Refyne. What's the main difference? Is one better for certain types of jobs?

A Amanda T. 3 weeks ago
Stride seems to have a good focus on tech jobs, I've noticed a lot of those. Refyne might have a broader range, but I haven't used it as much.

N Nick Hernandez 2 weeks ago
Honestly, they're all pretty similar in concept. Stride's payout structure felt a bit clearer to me than some others. Depends on your network too, what kind of jobs are your friends looking for?

I'm thinking of comparing Stride vs LinkedIn for referrals. What's the main difference? Is Stride better for certain types of jobs?

M Megan L. 3 weeks ago
Stride is more direct for referral bonuses, whereas LinkedIn's referral system isn't really about direct cash for you. Stride's whole model is built around rewarding referrers.
6
B Ben Martin 3 weeks ago
LinkedIn is more for general networking and applying directly. Stride is specifically for getting paid to refer someone from your network who then gets hired. It's a much more direct rewards system.

Do they ever have special promo codes or anything for signing up? Or is it just the standard referral bonuses?

H Hannah Wright 2 weeks ago
Afaik, they don't really do promo codes like a normal e-commerce site. It's all about earning commissions for successful placements.
4
E Elizabeth Smith 1 week ago
No promo codes in the traditional sense. You get referral bonuses based on successful hires, sometimes there are 'first referral' or 'milestone' rewards, but not like a discount code you'd enter.

Are there any like, hidden fees or anything for referrers? Or is it truly free for us to just refer people and earn?

A Amanda Scott 1 month ago
Nope, completely free for referrers. You just earn a commission if your referral gets hired. No catch.
3
B Brandon Allen 1 month ago
Can confirm, never paid a dime. It's free to sign up and refer. They make their money from the companies hiring, not from us.
